I ordered a lash lift kit on 4/20. Emailed them on May 13th stating that l had not received it yet. They emailed me back on May 15th stating that their product got held up in customs, but l was shipping to Illinois and not out of the country, but l thought okay maybe it’s stuck cause of COVID so l waited another month and emailed them again on June 8th and heard nothing explaining l wanted a full refund of money. Didn’t hear back from them so l direct messaged them on Instagram July 3rd and July 5th and heard nothing back. I’ve tried the tracking number and the tracking number said it doesn’t exist.
I ordered a product from this company on April 19th, 2020.
On April 22nd, I was notified that the package had shipped. As of 6/7/2020, the package still hasn't arrived. When I enter the tracking number into the *** website, I get a message that says:

I have emailed the company several times through the support email address listed on their site. I have also sent them direct messages on Facebook and Instagram, requesting an update. I have never received a response to any of my messages. There is no phone number for the business posted anywhere publicly. I’m running out of ideas, except possibly to request a chargeback on my card.

I bought a lash kit a couple months ago and used it once. Two months later when I went to use it again, the product was completely clumpy and smelled off. You're only meant to use this product once every 6-8 weeks, because that's how long the lifts last for, and the product is supposed to have a shelf life of 18 months. I stored them at room temp and closed everything correctly, but customer service didn't reply to my emails the first week, and only when I said I would file a claim did they respond. Afterward, they proceeded to tell me the product was defective because I didn't store it properly, when I did. I requested a partial refund or a replacement because the product went bad way before its due date (I believe the 18 months shelf life was a lie, or I was sent an older product). I did not receive a response in two weeks, even though I emailed twice more to follow up. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

They said my order was lost and was sending a new one on 3 day express mail. That was 9 days ago and no response to emails. They are taking peoples money and not sending products. This is a fake business.
