Lash Addict Studio

My eyelids are swollen 2 wks later, owner not willing to do anything to help.
I went to Lash Addict on July 4th for an eyelash extension appt with the owner Natali. The next day my eyelids swelled up and when I looked closer I could see eyelashes glued to my skin above my lash line. I thought Id be calm and give it a few days to calm down. It got worse and I posted a pic online for Natali to see and she did not offer to help in any way, or apologize, or do anything. Instead she chose to copy and paste reviews of my personal business in town and put in the comments under the picture of my swollen eye. Very mean and unprofessional to do to a customer. Ive been coming here and sent multiple clients to her. I am a national educator and had to be out of work due to this happening. My eyelids are swollen over 2 weeks later and still no offer to help in any way. I want my last visit refunded. I can send the copy of my payment.
