Amazon has used this company twice to deliver packages to meTwice the packages never arrivedThe company is just a group of thieves that steal packagesDeliveries marked as "left at front door"I have cameras on my front door and drivewayNo delivery was made or attemptedThis company is a fraud and a scam
I was supposed to receive a package on 12/from Fansedge Because of some issue at the warehouse, the package was delayed It was then supposed to be delivered by 12/LaserShip lied about delivery indicating that the package was left at my door at 12/at 9:AM I have security surveillance systems and there was no delivery made to my house on 12/at 9:07am I even went as far as checking for a window of hours and there was no deliveryI called LaserShip and all they could say was they would investigate the package and get back to me within days Meanwhile, I have already paid for the items and still don't have them

Worst service ever! If you order something and see it is going to be shipped via Lasership, CANCEL!!!! My order has been sitting at a Lasership facility since December 6th with no other info and when I contacted them about it all I got was a rude responseHopefully they go out of business a.s.a.pVery unprofessional and super shady company

final attempt on 4/2/it was determined the delivery location was not a safe location to leave the package without a signatureIt was at that time we reached out to our client for directionUnfortunately to date, we have not received instruction from our client to leave the package.Although we understand *** ***'s frustration revolving around her delivery, we cannot honor her request to refund her credit cardDue to do to the terms of contract, we are not able to process claims directly with our client's customers and all requests for reimbursement or refund are directly submitted to our client
My packaged was marked delivered at 11:amI was home all day with my front door openAt 8pm I became concerned where my package actually wasAfter calling Amazon I was told this keeps happening with this company, LasershipI have had many late packages with them which did not make me happy but I got my things so I got over it but to say you delivered it and never do it is just plain wrong! I hope the Lasership employees enjoy my children's Christmas gifts like they have so many others as I read over and over in their reviews on many different sitesIf using Amazon cancel any orders you see are being shipped with Lasership cause it will be late if you ever even get it!
Unethical companyLied about time of package delivery, and never actually delivered
I had ordered something from Amazon and paid for next day delivery The items were supposed to have been delivered at 8:pm on 12/22/ As of 11:pm 12/23/16, I have not received the package I have called countless times, only to get a voice mail - which they do not answer and emailed several times - which, surprise, surprise, they do not return Their facebook page has hundreds of complaints...all for the same reason Package was said to have been delivered when it was not This has to stop These people are crooks

URBN uses this courier for delivery for packages bought from Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, Terrain and BHLDNLaserShip is the most unprofessional and inept courier service I have ever dealt withAny time one of my packages comes through LaserShip, something goes wrongThey do not update the tracking information on their end; they have lost three packages of mine; and the customer service is very unhelpful and often the representatives are extremely rudeOne time a package was supposed to be delivered and I happened to be home that dayAt 2:pm I checked the tracking information and saw that at 2:pm the tracking status was updated to "attempted delivery failure - no one home to receive package," except for I WAS homeThe delivery person never got out of the truck to ring the doorbellI immediately called LaserShip at 2:pm and was put on hold for minutes by the representative as she "tried to get a hold of the delivery person," only to be told they delivery person would not turn around because the truck was too heavyI don't even know what that meansI have been working with customer service at Anthropologie to see if there is a way to opt out of using this courier when placing orders in the future - that is how terrible working with LaserShip isI cannot believe this company is still in business

This was not intended to be interpreted as a "hit and run" reponseYou stated in your rejection that we used plural tense when your complaint used the single tenseAfter further review of your original complaint, you stated the following:
"I two clinical deodoratnts from ***"
"They were to be delivered to me last week...."
"I told *** that I didn't want the second one, so they told me to refuse one of the deliveries."
"BOTH of my packages were never given to me."
We only responded in plural because your complaints uses plural tense throughout. As for your request for reimbursement, our contractual agreement is not to issue refunds directly to customers. As explained in our response, your reimbursement is handled directly with the online retailer who will in turn request reimbursement from LasershipAgain, we apologize for this unfortunate incidents
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this customer's concern and delivery experience issue. I have located the tracking number as *** and notes on the order. It appears that the underlying initial issue was a delay in
delivery and I definitely apologize about the delay. I do see where the customer reached out to us to ask that we call minute prior to delivery and that information was provided to our local facility. I also see where the package was marked delivered on 11/25/and subsequent calls from the customer that the package was not received. Jordan did receive the escalated call and did everything possible to have the local facility locate the package for the customer. I apologize that they were not successful in locating this package. Jordan did handle the transfer of the customer back to their seller, in this case Kohl's, so that the Kohl's representative could issue a refund for the customer. I have also issued a gift card for the customer as a token of apology for the experience.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this companyI have ordered from Amazon A LOTThree of these times I have had items shipped from sellers via LaserShip and they went to my neighbors houseWe didn't know this at first and working for the first package for daysWe tried calling the company and nobody would answerI emailed them several times and no responsesToday, December 30th, anther package was delivered to the wrong houseWe don't even have similar numbers! I wish there was a way to not have to receive shipments via LaserShip when ordering through Amazon
