LaserMax was recently purchased by Crosman Corp During the transition we had issues with phone lines transferring In addition the phone messaging system did not work properly At the same time the LaserMax website was being upgraded which resulted in the loss of some emails Together these issues created a perfect storm! Rest assured we have resolved all issues and sincerely regret the experience our customers had to endure during this time Mr [redacted] was calling to check on the status of a rebate claim John [redacted] , LaserMax Customer Service Repcontacted the Rebate Center on the customer behalf and shared the information with him

emails. Together these issues created a perfect storm! Rest assured we have resolved all issues and sincerely regret the experience our customers had to endure during this time. Mr. [redacted] was calling to check on the status of a rebate claim. John [redacted], LaserMax Customer Service Rep. contacted the Rebate Center on the customer behalf and shared the information with him.
First submission for Rebate was mistakenly rejected by Rebate Administration Company ([redacted]) due to incorrectly categorizing [redacted] as a non-qualified vendor. This was fixed in the system and new Rebate was submitted for Mr [redacted] on 6/16/17. Please see attached [redacted] Screen shot....
Typical Rebate processing time is 8 weeks- so Rebate should be expected by mid August. Please call me if required Mike [redacted]. Thank You
