My Hair laser treatement for face and neck started in Oct 2018 and ended in Oct 2019 Frisco TX location.
Miss Veronica was very good initially when there is a matter to attract client.
My friends got hair laser treatments from other places and I had an idea about the treatment duration and frequency.
In my first visit the nurse came and after one minute she said you are done. I was very shocked that how is it possible. Same thing happened in second treatemnt, I discussed my concern with Miss Veronica that I am not satisfied bc I am getting just one minute time. I also told her I will not continue and will get my refund. She apologise, and said initially it takes less time but I will change the nurse next time and promised that I will have no complain in future. Well till my 6 treatments they were making me fool for treating 1-3 minutes only for full face and neck with very less frequency that was not helpful, I didnt notice any hair shedding. Miss Veronica given me only one complimentary treatment.
At the end of treatment, I showed Miss Veronica my facial hair growth, and Miss Erica took my face pics and told me my case will be forward and you will hear soon.
I was keep waiting and called after few weeks then Miss Veronica told me that contact Miss Whitney Allen. I talked her she again wants me to come with full hair growth for pics. I coordinated with her went to facility with all facial hair showed her and she took pics and said samething that I will forward your case and you will hear soon from Miss Barbara ***. I never heard back I keep emailing her and told her Miss Barbara not contacting me etc. I contacted Frisco location to talk Veronica but they started ignoring my calls and texts. Finally after 2 months Miss Barbara told me sorry we can't help it and said you got 3 complimentary treatments which was totally wrong. I emailed her back and mentioend her that I got only one extra treatment. I texted Veronica that why Barbara got wrong info so please correct her but no reply from Veronica.
I am very unsatisfied with poor service they have given me plus the way they started ignoring me. The changed behavior of Miss Veronica really hurts me that ho she was sweet with me initially to make me client and at end instead of helping me in representing my case she started ignoring me.
I went to the facility of Frisco to talk Ms Veronica but she was not there. I talked front desk lady and she said I will convey your msg to Veronica and she will call you. Its now Feb 2020 no call nothing.
I want my money back bc my facial hair coming back and have to do threading or spend money to other place.
Its my request to please refund my money.

They did not check my hairs in the begin and the end. They rather not to commutation with me. They failed meet my expect, I didnt get good results.
On June 27, 2018, I went to Laseraway to find out how much laser will be. That time we were writing on the paper. I am deaf. No sign Language as well. I was forced by Aramado a former worker at laser away that time I was pregnant to sign up and so he could earn money. He PROMISED me to check my hairs at the begin and or if I am not happy with a nurse - let him know. he will be happy to solve the problem. after three months - Aramado was gone - no more work at laser away. I was about to make a complaint that nurse does not do a good job. I got a new manager, ***, *** is very awful and not loyal and honest with me. My sessions are 8. that time it was 6th time I went to Laser - two more laser sessions left to go and my hair does not even change. I contacted *** and explained to her how I feel and I WASTED 2,300$ by force. She said if I have 85% of laser hair removal is successful - that is a piece of good news. if I have 85% underdo that laser again and again until I have 85%. I believed her. I thought she is a very honest person because she is a manger. Of course, every time I went to the laser. the nurse is not communicating with me. I tried many different nurses until the session 6th a black nurse works - I keep a black nurse until 6th, 7th, and 8th. but that is not fair. my 8th was done on October 2, 2019. my hair is not even 85% successful and I am not happy. the nurse took the picture of my hair. I explained to *** on the phone about why I am not happy and I want to do laser until I get 85%. she changed the story and act as I make it up. She cant do that to me. She is very smart because I am deaf and I am very easy to get a target that she is good and I am bad. I also told *** why the time is different from session 1 - 8. I did count the time how long I stay at the laser. I told *** mind to explain to me why. she won't answer my question and avoid me. I am so mad because I paid a thousand money to laser and I got nothing. I don't want to be suffering from no money and pay a new laser session. *** knew I was forced to sign up for money not my happy. it is for their happiness. I asked for 5 more sessions to go. *** reference me to *** did not tell me who is *** but talk to her anyway. I found out later *** is a HQ. like why can't they tell me who are they. that is not cool. *** suggests me to do 2 more free lasers and she wants me to sign the paper to stop using laser again in the future. I found this offended me. I won't sign the paper. I need your help.

I asking them giving me a copy of our signed contract agreement papers, they refusing giving us it.

Promotional prices are a lie. They are nice as long as you purchase, if not they won't assist you or return your calls
First of all the "promotional" prices they promise are A LIE!! I made a purchase of 3 services. Laser hair removal, which hasn't been what they promised but has somehow helped me and 4 applicators for cool sculpting for 2 áreas.
I got the first area treated with coolsculpting and while the treatment was taking place I kept telling the nurse the device wasn't working correctly (it is supposed to suction the skin, it wasn't), and she kept saying it was "normal". There wasn't a change at all, it didn't work, so I cancelled the second area to be treated and asked for a refund. As they are always running behind and make you come in for your treatment 20-30 min after your appointment time, on my next laser appointment, I was already late when they finished, so they suggested to leave the amount as "store credit", which I accepted cause they were busy and I didn't have time to stay longer, but I clearly said I wanted it credited to my credit card and I could wait to fix that.
I contacted the "customer service" email explaining the first coolsculpting treatment didn't work, on January 30, 2019, NO ONE has contacted me back about that issue.
I've been calling for almost 4 months to have the amount credited back to my credit card and they never seem to have time to take my call. They say they'll call me back and they never do.
Yesterday I called 3 times, the first time they told me I had to talk to this Veronica person, cause she was the only one that could do a refund, but she was out and promised to call me back in 20 min. 30 min later they told me she was with a patient and 10 min later that she was with a nurse. It's all lies after lies!!

Desired Outcome

I want the 1200 of "store credit" back to my account, plus the cost of the coolsculpting treatment I received and didn't work, plus the interest I've been having to pay on the amount they have decided to keep

I was recieving laser hair removal for my full face as well as underarms. I purchased a package of 8 sessions with 2 free. The first 3 treatments were okay, however at the 4th session, I was severely burned on my face. I attempted to contact and speak with management on 4 separate occassion over a 3 week period. Each time unsuccessful! Finally, I was able to speak to the mangager who did not offer anything to rectify the situation so I asked for a refund and she only said she will refund me for the sessions I did not complete which is fine, but now I am forever scarred; physically and emotionally. I do not feel the company/staff had adequate experience using the laser which they select to use on darker skin tones as they initally assured me.
