Review: botox injections product was no good, did absolutely nothing. I have been receiving botox injections for three years I know when it is working. called to make another appointment I was told to come in today for more botox. when I showed up & voiced my complaint was told they could not do any thing for one week. if you want botox you will not receive it at this place. I hope your reputation was worth the $400.Desired Settlement: would like what I paid for.

Client is an avid Botox user at our Costa Mesa location. She has always been very pleased with her results. Client had certain areas she was unhappy with after this treatment, and we told her we would gladly give her a touch up at no charge. Client came in too soon after her initial injections, as we have to give Botox 2 weeks to work, before we can re inject. Client was unhappy that she had to wait another week. As stated, we gladly will touch up for free, in the correct time frame for medical reasons. We are being 100% accommodating to help her adjust the issue.
