Placed an order on their website totaling $dollars I receive an email the following day (in broken english) stating that since my shipping and billing addresses didn't match (they did) they considered my order to be a risk They wanted a photo of my credit card, drivers license, passport, and a utility bill to proceed with the order I told them I would not send that type of sensitive information and to cancel the order The web site shows my order as cancelled but they have yet to refund the money to my credit card

All I wanted was to return my Laser. I emailed them but no answere. After 3 emails I just said forget it! They are not gonna reply to me and now I am afraid if I do return the laser ..I wont get my money back. 100.00 dollars to the birds>>>

Review: The website specifically claims I will have my item within 5-15 business days via USPS, or streamliteinc.com. Now they are saying my item shipped from Hong Kong and won't be in my hands for 20-45 days. This item is a gift for 12/*/2013, the item was ordered 11/*/2013, plenty of time with some cushion for uncontrolled in-transit issues to have the item when needed. Had they just been honest in their shipping practice, I would have shopped else where. Why would I buy something from New York with a promise of 5-15 day turn around if I knew it was shipping from Hong Kong as they have just told me?Desired Settlement: I would like them to ship another one so I will have it in time for December [redacted], or issue a refund of at least 1/2 the price.
Review: I ordered my laser on 10/*/13, since then I have exchanged over 15 emails with the company. Asking for money back, tracking # etc, at one point they said they received the package back and shipped it back out with a new tracking #, even tho I have asked for a refund. I choose 7-14 worldwide shipping. But for some reason they said it takes 45 days. Not sure why..... In each email I exchanged it was almost like a script that they were replying with. I went on the Revdex.com website, found the address, and [redacted] it, it's a run down dump garage, on there was a real estate company phone number, I call it and ask about the address and they hung up on me twice. I don't know what else to do. Learned my lesson I guessDesired Settlement: Call me, refund my money and keep your laser.
Review: I received a lesser product than what I ordered and paid for. The box was correct, but the item inside had been replaced with something cheaper. I emailed customer service twice and was given the runaround ("chinese new year, please email again in 7 days" ?????) Since I did not want to pay for return shipping to China, I have requested a refund for the difference in the bait and switch price.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the price difference in the bait and switch

Review: I ordered a product "300MW Professional Red Light Laser Pointer with Box (CR123A Lith" on 08-**-14 for $28.99 plus tax. When asked which method of shipment I desired I selected standard shipping (7-15 Days) Which is listed on my receipt. After not receiving my product I sent an email to the company and recieved a reply stating that shipping would not be 7-15 days as they advertised but instead would be 20-45 days. This was bought as a gift and was timed to be there at max of 15 days and not 45. I would not have purchased this product otherwise and I feel grossly misled. After requesting a refund I was denied and told "it is not our policy".Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I do not want to have to deal with this companies [redacted] because they cannot display accurate information on their website (which still gives the 7-15 days.) I feel that if they are not able to accurately portray their service then I should not have to pay for said service.
