Review: I had a laser repaired by Laser Care ([redacted]), and paid $3600.00 for the repair. I was told the laser was repaired and would run for a long time. We used the laser 3 times (approximately 1 week) before it broke down again. According to the technician that first looked at the laser before it was repaired, it was the same problem. I have been trying to get [redacted] out to repair the laser again, but to no avail. At this point I want the laser repaired, and at no additional cost to me. Can you please help me resolve this issue, or put me in touch with somebody that can?

Review: Contacted [redacted] of Laser Care for the purchase of a YAG Laser. Was provided a written quote of the price including warranty and trade-in of old equipment. The quote was acceptable by my board of directors. Contacted Mr. [redacted] to proceed with purchase as quoted. Mr. [redacted] stated that once payment was received he would ship the equipment. The payment was sent over night and verbal confirmation of payment receipt was given by Mr. [redacted] on Wednesday September 11, 2013. The check was cashed through a check cashing service on September 12, 2013. On September 16th Mr. [redacted] was contacted regarding delivery of the laser. He said again that the laser would be shipped by the end of the week. On Monday September 23, 2013 Mr. [redacted] was contacted regarding delivery of the laser. He stated that he was attempting to make shipping arrangements. E-mailed Mr. [redacted] following the information given over the phone and stated that we needed to have shipment confirmation by the following day or we would be contacting our bank and possibly the authorities. Did not receive an email back the next day. Attempted to again contact Mr. [redacted] by phone and the number was unable to accept phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund in the amount that was paid to Mr. Robinson $9,900.
