I was not aware of a bill but Helana email me a copy of a very of a contract via "Yes" but with no signature whatsoever. one of the company reps called me and wanted me to sign up for the service and I agreed to it. afterward the rep called me back and said that I had an outstanding balance but never mention anything about a contract I supposed to have signed. I told the rep that I was not paying for something that I did not sign up for and she said she would talk to her supervisor to get this resolved before presiding with the new deal. I made it plain to her that I was not paying anything unless the first matter was resolved. she took my card number and charged it knowing that the first deal was not resolved. now the company is asking me to pay for the old bill. this is not ethical and she took my money knowing that the first matter was not resolved but had my card number in order to position themselves for payment.
