Review: I contracted my 2015 seasonal lawn cutting and trimming with owner Brandon L[redacted] of L[redacted]'s Lawn Care & Landscaping. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their services from the beginning. I contacted the owner, Mr. L[redacted] numerous times about my dissatisfaction and the damage to my lawn and shrubs. At Mr. L[redacted]'s request, I took numerous photos of the damage and forwarded them to him.. Mr. L[redacted] blamed the poor quality on the high turnover rate of his employees. He promised to speak with them about the quality of their work After more complaints the following weeks, he promised to come and personally cut the lawn himself which he did not do. Again, after more poor quality work, I reached out once again to Mr. L[redacted] to get this resolved. He said that he would personally visit my property and speak with me about compensating me for the damage. He did absolutely nothing to resolve this matter. He did not even come to inspect the damage as he promised. I paid my contractual amount but withheld my final month's payment waiting for Mr. L[redacted] to resolve this matter. He has since turned the amount of $212.00 in to a collection agency and I am now receiving collection calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the balance of $212.00 removed from collections and credited to my account. I also want a refund of an additional $169.98 for replacement of shrubbery and re-sodding of damaged areas of my lawn.
