September and was returned to sender by the postal serviceThe check comes from our corporate office which is out of stateWe had no control over the check being lost in the mail, I contacted corporate they had the check and sent the check to our office on October 30th and *** picked up the check in person for $We normally like to have refunds done within 30days but because she never lived here and decided not to live here the process is different and took a couple extra days of processingAfter processing and cutting the check we could not predict the postal system returning the check to our corporate officeWe will not be refunding the $application fee because we had processed the application on ***Per our policy we did not have to refund the $deposit but I authorized corporate to refund this depositThere is nothing further that needs to be done and *** knew that the check would be here on October 30th as stated in the complaintThanks Las Ventanas Property Manager Jesse B***
