Review: Order placed on 9/23/2014 and payment charged to my account on 9/25/2014 in the amount $68.95. Paid for priority shipping. Invoice member is [redacted] emails and 5 voice messages left to determine status of my order with NO response. I feel this may be an internet theft scheme. I will be contacting Salem, VA police as well. As of this date, the product has not been delivered.Desired Settlement: Refund or delivery of the product ordered.

I am writing in response to a complaint filed on my business, Las Vegas Costuming Supplies. Id # [redacted]

This customer was issued a refund on 10/12/14 ( after refund issued, complaint filed).

My father suffered a massive heart attack on 9/28/14 and died on 10/3/14. I have been dealing with his time in the hospital

and death. I have now been dealing with all of his estate matters since then. This is my first day back at home in my office to start getting

back to my day to day affairs.

Im very saddened when a customer contacts the Revdex.com and does not understand that with transactions being done on a credit card,

a dispute can be initiated by the customer anytime they are unsatisfied with a product or service. Consumer education is key.
