will credit back $80.00 to [redacted] and will honor the $750 deposit that she claims she paid.
She does however owe 2 days prorated rent totaling $44.00, we received the keys to the unit on May 2, 2016. Also the $100.00 professional cleaning fee stands, due to fact that the unit was not left in satisfactory condition. Please see attached revised Statement of Deposit Accounting.
