Complaint: [redacted]am rejecting this response because: Your website shows, "fully transferable (No charge)", as do other Cadillac websites. Telling me that certification is no good, unless you re-certify the car is ridiculous, since you have also told me that selling the car to a third party does not require re-certification.Sincerely,[redacted]

wrong information on file, but have since updated our records with the information provided to us via the Revdex.com. Our corporate staff have reached out to the Department of Licensing and provided the updated address that was listed in this Revdex.com concern off of [redacted] in Tacoma, and they will reissue the title and send it to the customer as quickly as they process the request. Most typically, this sort of request takes 4-6 weeks for a new title to be issued and delivered to the customers. We have made the necessary updates and requests to the Department of Licensing and the customer does not need to do anything to receive their title at this time, it will be delivered as soon as it is available. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the Zurich warranty for $6999 and key replacement warranty for $899 have been processed per the warranty company. They stated they've already sent this refund back to Larson, but it has not been refunded to my lender from Larson as of today.
I'm not sure what the diamond window warranty is. But please send me cancellation forms for the multi-shield warranty for $1495 and the Simoniz GlassCoat warranty for $895. I have requested the glasscoat warranty refund multiple times over the phone.

The Larson Automotive Group experienced a rash of thefts earlier this year, Larson Cadillac’s location was among them. Our insurance company determined that the thefts occurred without negligence on the dealership’s part as all keys were locked away and all vehicles were...
kept in a reasonably secure area and therefore declined our claim requesting coverages. All vehicles (and the property within those vehicles) are the responsibility of the customer provided that the Larson Automotive Group is free of negligence and claims should be directed to their own insurance provider. As a gesture of good will, Larson Cadillac paid for 50% of Mr. [redacted]’s rental vehicle and provided a loaner at our soonest availability to avoid any additional rental charges. We empathize with Mr. [redacted] that a rental vehicle was not covered under his insurance policy and have made our best efforts to assist him in the charges that were generated. We will be paying no additional costs of rental vehicles.

Our response remains the same. We have sent the lender the refunds it may take a week or so for them to apply them to the account. We urge Mr. [redacted] to continue to follow up with his lender. We have provided Mr. [redacted] with the cancellation paperwork for the multi shield and have not received that back yet. Our company policy does not refund Simonize.

To whom it may concern:
The customer signed and took delivery of a vehicle that was contracted and accepted by Kitsap Credit Union. When we submitted the deal for funding Kitsap informed us there was a remaining balance on the customers previous car loan that had to be paid off in order to move forward. We paid off the balance and resubmitted the deal for funding.
