Larson Automotive

Review: I have taken my car for service at Don Larson Automotive in the past for various issues with my car. For the past year and more, when I call the communications dispatcher there, typically the service advisors are all busy and she either takes my phone number and promises to have them return my call or offers to connect me to an advisor of her choice voicemail. Typically she does this with a defiant attitude. When she offers to have someone call me I get no response. When I am connected to voicemail of whomever, again I get no response. Rather I am left to take my car out to Don Larson Auto at which time I am told to come back at a later date. When I am present at Don Larson Automotive I see them enthusiastically and eagerly waiting on other customers contrary to my own experience with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a response from employees when I call Don Larson Automotive.

I went to Don Larson Auto this past Saturday to look at a truck that I saw advertised on their web site. Took the truck for a test drive. When it came time to discuss numbers the sales manager came out and said the truck was actually $4000 higher than the prices listed on the internet. False advertising?? I really felt that I was lied to.
