appreciate the opportunity to research and respond to those concerns. Upon receipt of the complaint, we researched the borrower’s concerns which was a direct result of incorrect delivery of notices and subsequent assessment of fees to the account. It would appear that contact information, including the email address, was from a previous account, and was not updated when the new quote was provided by the agent to IPFS. While IPFS would not be able to determine the accuracy of the contact information, we do apologize to the borrower for any inconvenience this may have caused. Typically, we rely on the agent to insure all client information is updated and current. When Ms *** contacted us on May 25th, her account contact information was updated and the late fee was waived.
