I am rejecting this response because: industry standard to provide a complete package. Now where on the estimate does it exclude the finish and grills. We have been doing business for 20 years and this is the first that I have had an HVAC company not complete the project when hired. On estimate it does not show duct work or labor nessary to complete the runs ether but they are included just as the finished would be included unless specifically excluded on bid. If this was an honest bid it would have shown the finish as an extra and they would have not been hired because they would have been the low. The Revdex.com needs to lower Larsens rating so they do not take advantage of the general public again.
Sincerely,

registers for the vents that were installed, come back now 4 months after the job was completed (June 2016) and install them for free. That additional work was never part of the original agreement. We offered to come back and provide the vents with installation for a charge, which is necessary for a business to be able to cover costs of materials, labor, travel, etc. and he was upset that he assumption that is was included in the original bid was incorrect. We were shocked at his anger over the situation. Please let us know if you need any further assistance with this matter.
