Review: I have already tried contacting Golden Spoon headquarters myself through their website but it has been over a week and they have not replied. Last Wednesday, I went to Golden Spoon in Santee and the toppings were not fresh at all. I purchased mint chocolate toppings that tasted so old I couldn't even eat them. I had to scoop all of the toppings out (which ended up being most of the yogurt) just to eat the rest of it. While I was scooping out the old toppings, I found a hair and that is completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and a free yogurt gift card that I can use at a trusted location.
