thing with her and always do with all my customers even before booking it I explain to them and go over what we do for a move out. The day we cleaned it was raining and called her to let her no it was flooded and couldn't get out to the island We got there sorry but we made it I always check my employees work and we even cleaned the appliances and Windows and blinds free didn't even charge her . A move out cleaning we did she didn't want to pay the extra for Windows and appliances I try very hard to please my customer I even do extras sorry if she was disappointed I would be willing to pay her refund if she wasn't happy Have a bless day .
