Very pleasant on initial meeting Like many in his industry, we met as he was canvassing our neighborhood during the slow Fall season We agreed on a price for repaving my driveway with a verbal agreement that he would return in the Spring to seal coat his work I paid him in full and I was very happy with the paving job he and his men performed However, after at least attempts to get him to return to complete the agreed upon seal coating of the driveway (beginning in May of the following Spring and ending in August of that Summer) I have thrown the towel Every single time I contacted him by phone to set up a date to complete the job he was rude, was told to call back at a later date, and was hung up on with not even a "thank you for your business", "sorry for the delay, or even a "goodbye" Buyer beware Take my advice and request a contract from this gentleman (and I use the term very loosely)
