For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** is lying as there was no other customer waiting in lineThis can be verified from the fact that how he can tell me to wait hours at first time and hours at second time without telling me how many customers are ahead of meIf he said there are customers ahead of me, I can estimate it will take maximum of hour as each one takes less than minutesWhen I went to him first time, he took me immediately and fixed whole exhaust line within minutes.His business attitude can be weighed from the fact that instead of offering now to check the problem, he has unwelcomed me to his business.I had even requested him just to listen to noise coming from exhaust line when started in his parking lot, but he refused to do so.Again, it was unbearable in those summer hot days to wait for 2-hours in his no fan and no air-conditioned waiting areaI wish some authority force him to provide comfortable waiting area for customersMy complaint should be eye-opener for future customers
