Thanks so much Revdex.com, complaint # [redacted] has been resolvedYou people are wonderful
Good Morning [redacted] I was presented with the case involving your [redacted] this morning (a copy of your letter to President Addy is attached) As the Dean of Students at Tunxis, I typically investigate student complaints brought to my attention Unfortunately the complainant, [redacted] did not visit my office at all this semester I called and spoke with [redacted] earlier this morning and told her that I thought I could assist herShe was very pleased with that response I told her I would call her to update hopefully by the day’s end Our rules and regulations established by our Board of Regents states when students withdraw from a class after the first day of class, the student will incur tuition and fee charges However, if brought to my attention and I find that there are extenuating circumstances regarding their withdrawal I may be able to back out some or, in some cases, all of their charges Again, since MsOwusu never visited my office, no financial relief was offered to her After my investigation I deemed it proper to back out all of her charges I called MsOwusu but she was not available I will try her again later today Since she gave me permission to update her via a voice message if I do not reach her on my second attempt, I will leave her a message regarding her zero balance When I again reach out to her, should I ask her to contact you? Is there something else you would like me to do to close out this issue for you? Please let me know Best, Kirk

I typically investigate student complaints brought to my attention. Unfortunately the complainant, [redacted] [redacted] did not visit my office at all this semester. I called and spoke with [redacted] earlier this morning and told her that I thought I could assist her. She was very pleased with that response. I told her I would call her to update hopefully by the day’s end. Our rules and regulations established by our Board of Regents states when students withdraw from a class after the first day of class, the student will incur tuition and fee charges. However, if brought to my attention and I find that there are extenuating circumstances regarding their withdrawal I may be able to back out some or, in some cases, all of their charges. Again, since Ms. Owusu never visited my office, no financial relief was offered to her. After my investigation I deemed it proper to back out all of her charges. I called Ms. Owusu but she was not available. I will try her again later today. Since she gave me permission to update her via a voice message if I do not reach her on my second attempt, I will leave her a message regarding her zero balance. When I again reach out to her, should I ask her to contact you? Is there something else you would like me to do to close out this issue for you? Please let me know. Best, Kirk
