As you can tell from the written estimate that we provided for [redacted] the prices did not change even though she added several requests on the March estimateI rewrote the estimate for her as requested on March so she would have a copy stated that we would perform all the requestsThe original call was placed on March as a service call and after discovering all the problems that she had with her plumbing, we put everything in writing and had her sign the proposal on March before continuing with any more workAny questions please let me knowI feel we have tried our best to do a professional job for *** [redacted] , I even tried to go by her home on May to see the issues that she says she was having but no one would answer the door or my phone call
