I am rejecting this response because:
I didnt give them the permission to forward my check or deposit (they told me just write a check for and they will return my check) I had spoke with sales manager that is now is no longer there . I will contact *** and make arrangements with her as well thanks

ID 17445911. In response to this complaint, General sales manager *** *** does not work on SundaysHe had no contact with this customer at any time, So this complaint was completely fabricated. After looking into the customer file we have on her, the notes state that we could
not agree on numbers, I have left *** *** a message to give me a call back so I could investigate her experience with us a little more. After speaking with the staff that was in communication with her on the afternoon she was at the dealership they all said that None of the suggested actions occurred. Thank you, *** *** General sales manager
