Larry and Sons Sewerage and Drainage

I hired Larry to install some bath fixtures about a month ago.I didn't have the right tub spout for my tub.We agreed that when I get the right tub spout for my tub he would come back to install the tub spout.I texted him to asked when he would be available to come install the tub spout.the first response I got was ( who is this?). I explained who and why I was texting,it took him two days to respond to me,at which time he agreed to come by on a Wednesday morning between 8-9am.He didn't SHOW Or CALLED to EXPLAIN what happened.I think that is what POOR CONSUMER SERVICES looks like.
