I purchased two $silk blouses at LaRoqueThere were no care instructions in either blouse so I hand washed one of themThe colors bled so I called the owner of the shop, ***, to ask about garment care instructions and was told that the blouses are 'dry clean only.' I explained that there were no instructions sewn inside the blouses (neither one of them)I asked *** if she could replace the blouse since it was their fault the garment care instructions were not sewn into the blouses, as she said they should beShe said she couldn't replace the blouse but instead offered me a 20% discount so I could purchase another blouse*** said that if I had a question about care, I should have called the shop and that she's 'not responsible that the garment was incorrectly washed.' I am a business owner and know that any mistake made by me or anyone on my team is ultimately MY responsibility so I do whatever it takes to make it right, regardless of the cost involvedIn this case
