Mr La Rocca has had a firearm of mine for nearly 5 months, and has refused to return my repeated calls asking for my property to be returned to me.I dropped off a rifle to be repaired in September of 2013. I was assured at the time that it would be seen to in a timely fashion. Over a month later, on what has proved to be the only occasion that Mr LaRocca answered his phone, I was told he had not even looked at my rifle to determine what was wrong with it.Since then, every single phone call has gone to his voicemail, including multiple changes to his message, indicating he has gone hunting or on vacation. I know by this that my messages must have been recieved, and yet despite my repeated requests for him to call me, I have never once received a reply, including to my last two messages which have flat-out requested a cancellation of service and the return of my property.Desired SettlementI would like the return of my property, plain and simple. No reimbursement is needed as no money has changed hands, and as far as I know, no work has been done.
