Large Format Camera Repair

I sent Mr *** my camera in 2019 for a repair. The repair was done incorrectly, so I returned the camera to him on Feb 21, 2020, by mail. He received the camera on that day. I called and emailed him several times to ask about the progress of redoing the repair. Eventually he emailed me that he had fixed the camera again. This was on March 3, 2020. I emailed and called him repeatedly to ask him when he would be returning my camera to me. He has not responded and does not answer his phone or email.

I am concerned that I will not get my camera back. At this point he has had my camera for two weeks and has still not given me any indication that he plans to return it to me.
