Because I and many others have put up with them calling and being rude when we ask them to remove us from their phone list. It is all over the web that these people are basically a scam. If you ask them to remove you, they argue with you or hang up. I asked them for a month to remove me and I am still receiving calls from them. Something needs to be done about scam businesses like this that does not follow our laws and rules.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2015/06/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Businesses like this that do not follow the rules that have been set aside by our government for consumer protection, do not deserve the right to do business in our country. When people are on "Do not call lists" and have asked to be removed from their mailing list and they still continue to call the consumer two and three times a day, this is harassment. This should be shut down because it is not a legitimate business.
