I delivery time set with Lara's for March 13th between 1 and 5 pm. I asked a verity of questions about the delivery and was told it would be coming on a straight truck. I took the afternoon off from work and no show, no call. I finally got hold of someone from the company and they said they had no record of the call. They had a truck delivering in my area but my order wasn't included in the trip. Somebody at the company messed up but wouldn't admit to it. I would definitely steer clear of this trucking company. They are affiliated with STI home express. I called today to set up another delivery time and was told they will call me 24 hours in advance of the delivery, with no idea when that will be.
