Very unhappy with the service that MrW***t providedOnly showed up to tell unexperienced worker, who speaks very little English, what to doNever came back until day of collecting moneyWorker did not measure tiles correctly causing faucet not to fitAdvised MrW***t of situation and he said it wasnt his problemHe asked us to hire a plummer or cut wall from the another room to fix it ourselves, although it was the tiling problemHe hires inexperienced workers and pay them less than half of the price quotedOther things mentioned was not done, missing grout in many areas, tiles not leveled correctly, dry wall unpatched and toilet not put back like promisedWill not recommend his sercice to anyone !!! Very unprofessornalOnly tell you what you want to hear but does not follow through

I had water damage due to my hot water tank bursting. Wright Concept removed the damaged flooring and replaced new laminate, carpet, and ceramic tile flooring in my entire downstairs area, and the work was done in a timely manner and he and his guys were really nice and my floors are beautiful. I love the great work and he was knowledgable about flooring.
