Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from the company is an utter lie? As shown in the attached document, they received my order on the 29th of June? At no time was I ever contacted by them for scheduled delivery? No less than four messages were left on their answering machine with no follcalls? The order was delivered [at the wrong time] on the 11th? I received a call while I was at work outside the window of my delivery that they were at my home? This was the third promised day of delivery after the first two were completely blown off? To make matters worse; they lied to [redacted] and reported that they had delivered on the second promised date; the 8th [see second attachment] when they did not deliver until the 11th Regards, Ashley [redacted]

Company states that the consumer's order has been deliveredCompany states that they only answer the phones during business hours, but if she tried to reach them outside of business hours, they would not answerThey received her order on 5th and delivered it on the 11th
