First part ordered main board was on backorder. It took 2 ½ weeks to receive and go the customers house, not 60 days. [redacted] bought ** Appliance and they are in the process of integrating information, parts, tech assistance etc which further hampered process of diagnosing the unit. [redacted] tech...
assistance said to order main board per code. Then they sent a harness to customer (not aware) and it was not compatible with main board. [redacted] says they revised board and would have to send out harness,. Replaced harness correct on that I had to tell [redacted] Corp that was being needed per [redacted] sending out incorrect one. I replaced harness and same code came up. Called [redacted] and they said per code after main board/harness being replaced, drive motor was to be replaced. At this point customer got very upset that call was still unresolved. We agreed with customer that the whole call process was frustrating with the manufacturer info on what needed to be replaced. We were able to get customers appliance swapped out for a new machine.
Responded to a call and mistakenly referred the product as a [redacted] instead of a [redacted]. Customer became aggravated. Customer insisted that he wanted a new Microwave. I told him that the microwave is repairable and protocol is to repair first. He became angry and proceeded to give me a hard...
time throughout the call. I apologized and told him that I would be happy to return and repair it.
