A full refund on $47.45 was credited back to the customer's card on 9/8/2015.

Review: I have ordered online bunch of laptop keys from the said enterprise (Laptop-keys.com), with first hand information provided with photos as to what keys I need. But the order was mishandled and wrong type keys were shipped.

I emailed them and got response of apology stating miscommunication, and a new order has been placed for my parts. However I had to email them querying about the order for which a supplier delay was stated. Furthermore queries, I failed to get replies.

FYI: The initial wrong parts that I received were of second hand and had signs of wear and tear and smudges,

and no such information is provided in the website stating they are selling used parts.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
