LaPorte and sons is the greatest! We were panicked with frozen pipes in our home, and they quickly and politely, and professionally had our water running again! I 100% recommend them And we were floored at the cost, in a very good way! Thank you

Based on information given from manufacturer ([redacted]) which named the installer as the responsible party I had originally posted a negative review for this Co.
Carl offered an in depth explanation of the problem and waived the service charges even though this was the manufacturers fault
This business is great! They showed up exactly when requested, were incredibly professional, and were friendly as well! They were able to fix the problem, make adjustments, and provide guidance through all of their work, and were very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great plumbing/well servicer!

Very overpriced!!
Recommend quote first.
Due to the nature of plumbing and heating it is often an emergency and does not allow the time to price shop.
I used them twice. The first was install of water heater(NO REMOVAL OF OLD UNIT)=$700 !!
My only reason for calling on them a second time was when the unit failed 2 1/2 years later. They charged $160 to diagnose as water heater failure time spent 30 minutes no materials used....They had to return because the manufacturer requested a picture of the anode rod in order to submit a warranty claim time spent less than 30 minutes no materials used cost $160.
To top it off the manufacturer would not warranty due to lack of maintenance.I knew nothing of the required maintenance. The manufacturer rep stated that the heating contractor would typically mention the maintenance when they install the unit as it plugs their business for service calls...They did NOT mention this at install.
The long and short...cost me $320 to find out whats wrong and that Im out a $1000 water heater because of who I chose to put it in.
