I have still yet to receive a certificate of completion of the course and it has been a year since I took the course.The [redacted] did not do his jobThe [redacted] was in and out of the classroom almost every ten minutes to smoke a cigarette. He didn't even teach the hand signals, for the on road portion the messed up almost all of the appointments. They'd tell me one date or time and show up at a totally other time or day. Then I find out after I finished my course that the specific branch I took the lessons at got closed down. I paid $685 for horrible service that I want back. I paid 85$ of the 685 to have them pick me up and take me for my license test. I ended up canceling that order and they didn't give me my money back. I have nothing to show for the drivers Ed that I took and I want a refund. I have complained to them. Desired SettlementAll I want is my $685 back.Business' Initial Response [redacted] received 30 hours of class, 12 hours of driving lessons. She has not passed in the money for her Driver Education certificate. Once she does that, as she was told to do, we will be able to send out for her certification.She received what she paid forConsumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I paid for them to do that twice and they still haven't done it. First was cash that the driving [redacted] must of took and the I paid with a check. I received horrible service with many problems all throughout the course. The driving instructors would come to my house on days I was not told I had lessons. They'd come at the wrong times. The [redacted] in the classroom didn't even teach us our hand signals. Also I never received my 85 dollars back for not going with you guys to get my license.
