I asked to have my beds pruned and mulched. A price was agreed on and the work scheduled to be completed. When I came home, the bushes were uneven and many of the flowering bushes were not pruned. Half of the bed beside the deck was not mulched or pruned. When the owner came out, he argued that the other side of the deck was not an existing bed and that the bushes couldn't be done because they were flowering. Why pay for pruning if they can't prune them? His only resolution was to say they could not do the work because at the time they were flowering. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work and that he didn't explain that there were conditions to pruning the bushes. He stuck with his opinion that the other side of the deck was not an existing flower bed. I would not recommend this business to other people. If you do use it, make sure that you have the owner write out exactly what you expect them to do before you sign it and pay the deposit. I lost my money on cr[redacted] work. My neighbors said that the work was terrible so look elsewhere when looking for a landscaping company. I wish I would have because I am out $840 and the work is still not done.
