We here at Lapels understand the frustration when it comes to pricing on garmentsIn this case, as you can see from my copies, two of the shirts were silk and one had thick, fancy, buttonsThese are the reasons for the different prices and process. On the silk ones, they could maybe washed but not finished on the same equipment as the 100% cottons canCotton shirts are pressed "wet" on a "shirt unit"That unit dries them in seconds and presses them at the same timeIt also has a lot of pressure when pressing the shirts and that's the reason the 100% cotton shirts with thick or fancy buttons are done on the same side as the silk shirtsMost of those thick or fancy buttons are hard to replace if broken on the "shirt unit" If I was to put a silk shirt on there, it would turn the shirt hard and it feels like heavy starch is on the shirtThat's the main reason we ONLY put cotton shirts on the unitThe reason the cotton shirts are $is because we can press shirts in an hour compared to only pressing silk shirts an hourWe are more than happy to refund Mr [redacted] the $he is asking for just because we never like to have unhappy customersI will reach out to him and offer him the refund, but unfortunately we will have to continue to price our clothing accordingly Jerry C***General Manager

finished on the same equipment as the 100% cottons can. Cotton shirts are pressed "wet" on a "shirt unit". That unit dries them in 25 seconds and presses them at the same time. It also has a lot of pressure when pressing the shirts and that's the reason the 100% cotton shirts with thick or fancy buttons are done on the same side as the silk shirts. Most of those thick or fancy buttons are hard to replace if broken on the "shirt unit". If I was to put a silk shirt on there, it would turn the shirt hard and it feels like heavy starch is on the shirt. That's the main reason we ONLY put cotton shirts on the unit. The reason the cotton shirts are $2.50 is because we can press 40 shirts in an hour compared to only pressing 15 silk shirts an hour. We are more than happy to refund Mr. [redacted] the $20 he is asking for just because we never like to have unhappy customers. I will reach out to him and offer him the refund, but unfortunately we will have to continue to price our clothing accordingly. Jerry C[redacted]General Manager
