Review: Nature of Dispute: Around 3 years ago purchased Vehicle from [redacted] at this location. A month into owing the vehicle it had some engine problems, and decided that the vehicle was old and took it upon myself to fix it. A couple of months ago the car had problems again, and when the car VIN was ran it came out with a report that at the time of sale it had 240,000 miles. I purchased the vehicle with 147,000 from Loas Vieng Auto Sales. I contacted the company at this point and their excuse was that it was bought at an auction with those miles. But, when I looked into the car fax report in more detail it was sold from a dealership to a private party. This case being Loas Vieng Auto Sales and Repair, and not bought from some auction as indicated. To my conclusion they altered the mileage upon sale of the vehicle.Desired Settlement: Resolution:

I would like a refund for the car, and all the money I have paid on the car. That’s $3000 down payment, and $9000 altogether. I only have 3 payments left on this vehicle and refuse to pay them the money because of the situation they have placed me in. If they are not willing to issue a refund, you want an exchange for a different care at an equal value. If there is a difference on a vehicle I like, I will cover the difference. Upon exchange you want a full vehicle inspection from a mechanic of my choosing and a completed car fax report.
