Thank you for informing us regarding a Living Social coupon that was purchased and used on March 29, 2014 at Madison Riding Academy for a birthday party.
We would like to apologize for their experience here at the farm.
It is unfortunate and we do respect their concern. We have offered a riding lesson for their compensation. The riding lesson needs to scheduled and at that time of the lesson - the child will be riding instead of being led.
We have talked with our assistants regarding this and hopefully they will be more attentive, concerned, and appreciative of their job. We have asked that no cell phones be used when they are working.
