Lansing Currency Exchange

I purchase money order in the amount of $477.44 (moneyorder # ***)
I purchase it from Lansing Currency Exchange on January 11 2020
For payment in medical collections to ACSI company in Las vegas.
After two weeks I tried to call the collector if they receive they keep on saying they dont receive it so I go to Lansing Currency Exchange to cancel money order but they said it's been cash February 4 but they can't trace who in cash the money that's big no no they should know it who in cash it it's like my money is missing without a trace...they should able to track the money order..
