Company states: The customer has a copy of the contractIf the customer provides a written release authorizing our company to release the contract to the Revdex.com then I will provide it
I am rejecting this response because: We informed the business many times that we did not want to move forward with the bankruptcy and did not require them to "take any calls" on our behalfHence, the firm DOES NOT of any documents of ours to have services performedThis fact is also mention in their responseFurthermore, my wife was treated like a second class citizen when asked for a receipt of services rendered by the firmShe was never given a receipt or a itemized breakdown of services performed and thrown out of the office because the attorney "did not have time" to take care of the matter ethically or professionallyThis is against the law and as consumers in California we are entitled to such informationIn addition, it is against an attorney's code of conduct in the state of California for an attorney not to provide information regarding the work performedI will be filing a formal complaint to the bar association in lieu of this compliant if this matter is not handled to my satisfactionWe are expecting more than a $refund to resolve this issue
Company states: We performed all the work that we were hired to doThe consumer failed to let us know that he had liens against himselfHe did not let us know about this and this will require further work which means we will have to go to court a couple of more times to work it outWe have
contacted the consumer about this and advised him this is further work and we will have to charge for additional work
We gave them a refunded $500. They have been on our books for 7/10/14. The wife felt we done nothing for her case. Our contract says "all funds are earned upon receipt". They asked us to hold off on 8/14. The wife came in and was quite rude. The service we provide we take the creditor calls so they...
stop bothering them. The point we are ready and willing and able to take any calls. If they call you then call us. Tell them to call your attorney. Nevertheless, they have been less than genuine with us. I still gave a refund. Our contract says the minimum charge $690. They did not give any documents and they wanted us to perform but they weren't quit ready to file. We tried to get documents from them multiple times. We finished the petition. On 7/11/14. We gave them a list of documents that they need to have. They would not provide these things.

Review: The main Attorney, Mr. Steele Lanphier, at the Howe location, failed to provide an itemized receipt of the services rendered after we repeatedly asked for one. In addition, he could not provide us proof of any work done on our case. It is California law to provide a receipt of services/goods rendered to the consumer. We decided NOT to file for bankruptcy. Therefore, we did NOT complete the full transaction and should NOT be charged for the service time that was never rendered. We are entitled to a full refund. Mr. Steele Lanphier was hostile and unprofessional when asked about the refund and his poor business practices. He only gave $500 back to us in a form of a check. We are asking for our full refund for the amount of $1500.Desired Settlement: He only gave $500 back to us in a form of a check. We are asking for our full refund for the amount of $1500. Therefore, we are still owed $1000.

Review: I filed a Chapter 13 bankrupcy with this company. After it was discharged (sept '14) I still had a court judgement on my record as not being satisfied. I notified Lanipher and Assoc. about this and I was told they could not help me or if I paid them $500 they would look into it with no guarentees. This judgement amout $4855.00 was included in my BK and should have been erased from the courts. It in affecting my credit, and costing me money on loans.Desired Settlement: I would like Laniphere and Assoc it finish the job I paid them for and get this judgement taken off my record.
