Review: On February [redacted], 2013 I have made a payment to "Lanira Fashion" company in the amount of $1,923.00 USD (one thousand nine hundred and twenty three US Dollars) for the merchandise, precisely one lot of discounted clothing. Items should have been delivered within 2 weeks, but a couple days later, a "Lanira" reps said there were no items available at that time and they would be giving my money back. In brief, items were never delivered and money never refunded. I have made several telephone calls and wrote several e-mails about having my money refunded to me. On April [redacted], 2013 Lanira representative have promised in written to issue full refund and have requested my bank account information to have the refund wired to my account. But they never did. At some point they stopped responding to my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I paid in total $1,953. 00 USD (originally, I wired $1924.00 USD + $30.00 wire fee). "Lanira Fashion" held my money for 20 months so far, so appropriate amount should be compensated as well, as loss of interest on the money, also for time and efforts spent to recover my funds. Additional refund of $450 is fair in this case. Therefore total amount to refund is expected to be $2,403.00 USD

Refund should be provided by wire to my bank account or by money order mailed by tracked courier.
