They are straight up disrespectful how they ignore your request for help. Beyond infuriating. People stay away from this company.

Submitted translation order and paid $400 for 20 pages. Before the job is approved I’m told another $300 based on high word count. Ok fair. Then they tell me after I pay $300 that it will take at least a week which is unreasonable
And I wish to cancel entire order. There’s
No way it couldn’t been started yet since they told me it will take a week to complete at least. I asked immediately Please cancel and refund all money
Hi,We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us.However, based on the information you have provided on your review, it seemed that the documents you have submitted have exceeded our maximum number of words per page which is 250 words per page. We understand that you have paid for $400 for 20 pages, however, you were required to pay additional 15 pages or $300 as the total number of words in your document has exceeded the total number of words for 20 pages by 3750 words which is equivalent to 15 pages (3750 words / 250 words (maximum number of words per page). With regards to the turnaround time, our standard turnaround time for 35 pages or 8,750 words is within 5-7 days. This is a reasonable time frame for us to ensure the quality of the translation we provide.The above information are clearly indicated on our website.We hope the above explanations clear things out.

I ordered a translation of diploma from Ukrainian into English. I got a low quality translation with rudimentary mistakes. I asked to proofread again. Totally I got 3 drafts of translations, same low-quality with rudimentary mistakes. Customer service manager contacted me by my request and started threatening me on the phone. He wasn't happy that I demand a good translation for which they were paid. I want a full refund$ 120.
Hi ***,Our project managers have exerted enough effort to resolve your concern on the translations and although 2 reviewers/proofreaders have confirmed that the translation provided by our translator is accurate, we still asked our proofreaders to take your comments into consideration and revise the translation as per your comments without changing the context of the translation of course, however, despite of all these, you still rejected the revised translations and insisted on getting a full refund. We have no problems issuing a full refund if it has been proven that it was entirely our fault however such is not the case with the tranaslation we have provided to you.

I originally requested a translation from Spanish to English of 6 pages on June 25th, for $133.00. I had to make corrections to the draft they sent me more than once. Finally, on June 28th, I confirmed the translation of 6 pages, Order #***, to be sent to me by mail. The translation was guaranteed to be received within 3 days. I followed up 3 times regarding the status. Unfortunately, the document was not even sent for 12 more days, July 10th! This is unacceptable. Then I received the document July 13, but the mailed document was incomplete. There were 5 out of 6 pages I originally requested and paid for. I sent them an email asking them to sent the missing paper via overnight mail the next day. Additionally, given the continued issues, I requested a full refund. They never answered my last email and I insisted them through their *** messenger. They called me on July 16th and I told them my dissatisfaction with their service and asked them to sent me the missing page.Today is July 19th and I haven't receive any USPS confirmation saying that there is something for me on its way.
