white, obviously you never helped. When did you attempt to even perform an RMA on the speaker? Let me clue you in, NEVER! As far as I am concerned you Mr [redacted] are the worst type of support I have ever seen. You never called me you never made an attempt to replace speaker, you just wasted my time. Thanks for nothing. Enjoy the reviews on the net.

Peavey will replace customer's defective speaker, but would like to point out the unacceptable, derogatory nature of his emails to our employees.See attachment.
