Poor quality product, the chairs we rented were dirty, they did not examine all the chairs when they loaded them into my truck, but closely examined them when they were returned and claimed I had damaged one chair. There is no way this chair was damaged while in my possession but there was not recourse and no reasoning with the staff/manager upon return, no apologies given to me for my having to clean the chairs before I set them out. Staff/owner VERY rude, angry and unprofessional. I had to pay for the damaged chair pad - quoted $15.00, but charged $18.50 when I checked my bill.
