I received a certified letter requesting that months after the work was complete. They signed a completion contract. The funds came from the bank, not the Bonner’s. It was a rehab loan. The bank wouldn’t have given us that loan if the work wasn’t complete. This was
the specification of the contract. I have never received anything requesting to fix anything, except for their certified letter. She wrote me a list of jobs to completed, and after I completed it, the bank released the funds. They hired a real estate agent to sell the home who told them there was additional work that should have been done, and they didn’t want to spend the extra money to get the price they wanted for the house
