A set of silk, unmarked draperies were brought to the Chaska Clean n Press store, with no black stains on them, they were returned to me 2-weeks later with large black stainsI contacted the store to inform them, the employee working (Emily) told me to bring them back in and they would send them back to be cleaned againShe also agreed with me, that the drapes originally came in with no black marksThe drapes were cleaned again and when returned to the Chaska location, the black marks were still presentEmily said she would send them back to the Brooklyn Park location (where they do the actual process of dry cleaning) and the manager there (Mindy) would take a look at themEmily called me a week or two later and informed me that the Brooklyn Park manager said Clean n Press wasn't going to do anything to resolve the issue and that sometimes marks appear darker after being dry cleanedI then called the Brooklyn Park manager (Mindy) and expressed that I was upset because my beauti
I took my suit pants to be dry clean at this location in Chaska, Minnesota and I paid in advance to have my pants dry clean When I picked up my pants from clean n press location in Chaska my suit pants had a very large hole in the seat of the pants At the time I pick up my pants I was given no reason why the seat of pants was ripped apart After trying to contact the owner for week I was informed that the reason my pants ripped was because they were an older pair of pants, and management said that they could not do anything else for me No mention for replacement or paying for my pant
I brought my shirts in to be cleaned and I added the service of having them pressed, I got one shirt back from them in June on and the whole back was covered with what looked like a burned iron, so I brought it back to them they tried and tried to clean it and could not, they have had it since June and when they asked me what I wanted to do, I told them that I wanted them to pay for the shirt, they said that they would send a claim form weeks ago and as of today I have not received it, now when I call the person I always get their voice mail messageI have left messages I don't get a call back from anyone
