Ref: Case *** I offer the following information in response to case ***. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at Langdale Kia of Valdosta. Unfortunately, the vehicle took longer than expected to repair because the parts were on factory back
order. As to not inconvenience our customer for a prolonged period of time, we provided a loaner vehicle at no cost to the customer until we could return their vehicle. We have replaced a door panel, a mirror, removed the pin stripe, and fully detailed the vehicle. To our knowledge we have addressed all of our customers concerns and this case is resolved. I am rejecting this response because:  I have been contacted twice this week by [redacted] and have not been told that they are replacing my dash (the most recent time being January 10th 2018).
