Hello Revdex.com,This is an inaccurate and unfair complaintThe project was completed quickly and per homeowners specificationsWhen we were completed with the job the homeowner inspected it and she verbalized she was very impressed, thankful and paid her invoice in fullUpon receiving a text from the homeowner days later complaining that I "took her for a ride" I texted her back to understand why she had such a drastic change of attitude regarding the workHer text response was that she had some major personal issues going on and she apologized for the accusatory and insulting texts messages she sent, further explaining the tone of her messages were related to her personal problems and stressWhen we moved past her emotional outburst she texted that she was concerned about the corrosion resistant coated steel posts under her crawl space being in contact with the soilI offered to come back and add MORE concrete around the steel post and move the soil from direct contact with the (again) corrosion resistant coated steel postI assured her I would perform this additional work at my expense to ease her concernI informed her it would be about weeks before I could make the minor alterations to satisfy her concernsI spoke with her via text 12/ at the two week mark and told her I would be there Tuesday 12/The next morning 12/I received this notification of complaint from Revdex.comIn summary, this complaint is simply falseI assure the Revdex.com and my potential clients that my integrity is in tact [redacted] Property Services performs hundreds of jobs each year with 100% satisfaction as indicated on my flawless (until now) Revdex.com profileI work for homeowners, insurance restoration contractors, investors, and real estate agents and have never left anyone unsatisfiedI take extreme pride in my small business and my craftsmanshipIt's unfortunate that individuals can ruin years of hard work and reputation during misdirected emotional outbursts[redacted] ***

Her text response was that she had some major personal issues going on and she apologized for the accusatory and insulting texts messages she sent, further explaining the tone of her messages were related to her personal problems and stress. When we moved past her emotional outburst she texted that she was concerned about the  corrosion resistant coated steel posts under her crawl space being in contact with the soil. I offered to come back and add MORE concrete around the steel post and move the soil from direct contact with the (again) corrosion resistant coated steel post. I assured her I would perform this additional work at my expense to ease her concern. I informed her it would be about 2 weeks before I could make the minor alterations to satisfy her concerns. I spoke with her via text 12/12  at the two week mark and told her I would be there Tuesday 12/19. The next morning 12/13 I received this notification of complaint from Revdex.com. In summary, this complaint is simply false. I assure the Revdex.com and my potential clients that my integrity is in tact.
